What we collect
When you request access we collect your name, work email, and optionally your company and a short note about what you want Pulse to answer. We use these details only to contact you about Pulse access.
Business data in a workspace
Data loaded into a Pulse workspace belongs to the business that owns the workspace. It is only accessible to accounts that business authorises, and it is never used to build public or shared benchmarks.
Access control
Pulse workspaces are private and require sign-in. Accounts are created by request rather than open self-serve signup, so access is explicitly granted.
Retention
Access requests are kept while we are in contact with you and removed on request. Workspace data is retained for as long as the workspace is active.
