Terms of service
Access
Pulse access is granted per account by Sparkyl. Accounts are for the named individual and must not be shared. We may suspend access for misuse or non-payment.
Your data
You keep ownership of the data you load into Pulse. You are responsible for having the right to load it and for the accuracy of manually entered figures.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another workspace, reverse engineer the platform, or use Pulse to store data you are not permitted to hold.
Insights are decision support
Pulse reports on the data provided to it. It is decision support, not financial, tax or legal advice, and it does not replace your accounting records.
Fees and changes
Subscription fees and one-time onboarding fees are agreed before work starts. We will give notice of material changes to these terms or to pricing.
Ending the agreement
Either side may end the agreement at the close of a billing period. On request we will export your workspace data and then remove it.
